Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
5 lbs wings
Marinate for at least 5 hours (overnight is best) in:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 heaping tablespoon ginger
4 gloves garlic chopped
1 cup soy (reduced sodium preferred)
1/2 cup cream sherry
Put wings on flat baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake for one hour. Turn once while baking.
Pairs well with Sam Adams.
