Peanut Butter and Jelly (PBJ) Smoothie

I first met Andrea Morgan through the Winter Park Rotary Club, and, thereafter, we just kept crossing paths.  She’s a dynamic divorce attorney who balances her own firm, staying fit, and many volunteer commitments.  Andrea just has a great heart and she’s a pleasure to be around.  I’ve really enjoyed getting to know her.

A couple weeks ago, I was delighted when Andrea said I could share her PB&J Smoothie.  It’s a perfect boost before a workout!


1 cup of almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 handful of blackberries

1 handful of ice

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 tablespoon of honey


Add all ingredients to blender.  Come until mixture reaches desired consistency.  Pour into glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
