Just in time for cold and flu season! Here’s my garlic tea which is a collaborative effort between myself and Delilah Gonzalez.
8-12 minced garlic cloves
1 tea bag – green tea (preferably komucha – immunity variety)
1 tea bag – ginger tea
Steep these ingredients in hot water for 5 to 6 minutes
Strain into large mug
Stir in ½ lemon of juice
Stir in 2 tbsps honey
Sprinkle in ginger
Add 1-3 tbsp coconut oil and dissolve
Hold nose and enjoy!
