Smoothies. The endless possibilities. 

Yesterday, I attended the Orlando City Soccer Foundation Play Bingo event. As a gift, each attendee received a jar of premixed ground flax seed and other dry ingredients to make this smoothie.

I’m not about to run out to the store so I substituted raspberries and blueberries for the strawberries. I didn’t have mango so I added some honey.

I also received Kaka’s favorite – coconut water. I utilized about a 1/2 cup. Of course, I throw kale into just about every smoothie I make. I just used a handful.

It came out great and produced enough for my husband and I. It’s a nice light breakfast before 11 am yoga class.
