Resolved to be healthier in 2017? One of things that keeps me on track is hanging around like-minded people. For instance, I’m a member of the Orlando Runners Club (ORC). I’ve met many awesome people through ORC including Andrew Kim.
Here’s a photo of Andrew and I along with some of our friends earlier this year. I’m bib number 121 (far right) and Andrew is to my left (bib 1212).
Tonight, Andrew shared a delicious smoothie recipe he created on Facebook. Of course, I asked to share. This is a great mix of chia, fruit and greens and lines up with many folks’ new year nutritional resolutions.
2 peeled tangerines in sections
8 ounces baby spinach
1 handful blueberries
1 handful raspberries
2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 chopped apple
Add all ingredients to your mixer. If using the Nutribullet, fill water to the max line and turn on to blend. If using another mixer, add water as needed and blend to desired consistency.
