Janet’s July 4th bread pudding

Preheat oven to 350 or 375 degrees (higher if you like more crispy)

12 slices of bread torn into pieces 

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 eggs or egg substitute

3 cups almond milk 

1 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of nutmeg

Mix in large baking dish

Bale at 55 minutes at 375 if you like the bread a bit toasted or 1:10 at 350 if you like it softer

Optional – raisins, butter, diced apples…and rum!😀
